In respect to the continued efforts from members of this growing community, below are some of the largest agencies in Cleveland specializing in assisting LGBTQIA individuals:

LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland of Greater Cleveland - Aims to serve the LGBTQ+ community through networking and other measures to assure peoples needs are meet.

Equality Ohio - Through our commitment to racial and social justice, we’re addressing issues of inequality with all margins.

OHIV - Ursuline Piazza directly addresses gaps in service for the HIV-positive community, targeting vulnerable populations living with HIV/AIDS, such as indigent individuals, the mentally ill, and those struggling with substance abuse, as well as their families/caregivers and health care providers.

City of Cleveland - LGBT Seniors - Provides a comprehensive of some of the smaller LGBTQ Organizations in Cleveland.
