Neighborhood Connections
Neighborhood Connections is a community-building program designed to facilitate neighborhood collaboration. Neighborhood Connections offers grants to individuals for funding of group projects for public benefit. Also, offers 'Neighbor Up' networking meetings and FREE membership to engage Cleveland residents. Focused on equity, justice, and inclusion.
